You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery only if:
The product received is damaged
The product is incorrect (different from your order)
The product is incomplete (missing parts or items)
Required Documents for Processing
To process your request, please provide the following:
Unboxing video (video of opening the package at the time of delivery)
Order receipt/invoice
Clear images of the received product

Return/Exchange Process
Send the required documents to support@willowmaster.com within 7 days of delivery.
Our support team will verify the details and confirm eligibility.
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 7 days
And your order will be exchanged and replacement will delivered within 7 days If approved, instructions for return/exchange will be provided.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund (as applicable).
